Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • ASSET placement scores and completion of developmental courses.
  • Documented and verified 24 hours of observation in an Occupational Therapy setting.
  • Submit an observational summary report: Two-page typewritten report covering hours of observing in Occupational Therapy setting(s) with Occupational Therapy practitioners. A cover sheet is to be included with the summary report.
  • Applicants will be called for an interview.
